Terms of service
Plain terms for pre-release software. They will be replaced by a complete agreement before general availability.
Axiom is pre-release. There is no production operator identity, published contact address, or approved retention schedule yet. This page describes exactly how the software behaves today; it is not yet a complete legal notice, and it will be replaced by one before anyone is asked to rely on it.
What you are agreeing to
Axiom is pre-release software provided as-is, without warranty, and with no service-level commitment. Features may change or be withdrawn, and data loss is possible. Keep an export of anything you would be unhappy to lose.
Your account
You need an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and you must be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live. One person, one account.
Your notes are yours
You keep every right you have in what you capture. Axiom stores and processes it only to run the product for you: compiling a capture, indexing it so you can search it, and forwarding a note if you explicitly turn that on.
Axiom does not sell your notes, use them to train models, or show them to anyone else.
Acceptable use
Do not use Axiom to store or process material you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to work around its limits, or to capture other people in ways they have not agreed to. Axiom may suspend an account that does.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes the account and everything it holds. Export first — there is no other copy.
